Описание: Multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of XC243 in patients with exacerbation of chronic cystitis. It is planned to include patients with chronic cystitis in 4 parallel groups, who will receive XC243 at a dose of 25 mg per day, 50 mg per day, 75 mg per day or placebo for 7-10 days. Efficacy will be assessed by time from first study treatment to resolution of the symptom "Pain, discomfort or burning when urination " assessed on a visual-analog scale (VAS).

Фаза: N/A
Начало: 20 января 2021 г.
Окончание: 20 января 2022 г.
Описание: The main hypothesis of this study is that transcranial magnetic neuromodulation can correct the symptoms of hypersensitivity and bladder pain. The investigators assume that under the influence of transcranial magnetic stimulation, both the subjective state of patients assessed by standardized questionnaires and the objective parameters assessed by invasive and non-invasive urodynamic studies will be improved. In this study, two protocols for magnetic stimulation of the supplementary motor area (SMA) will be compared with each other and with placebo. The investigators expect to determine the dependence of the therapeutic effect on the applied stimulation protocol.

Статус: Unknown status
Фаза: N/A
Начало: 4 сентября 2020 г.
Окончание: 1 октября 2021 г.
Описание: The main hypothesis of this study is that magnetic neuromodulation can be used to correct bladder overactivity. The investigators assume that the transvertebral magnetic stimulation can improve both the subjective state of patients evaluated through questionnaires and objective parameters evaluated through invasive and non-invasive urodynamic studies. This study will compare two protocols for magnetic stimulation of the sacral spine roots (S2-S3 segments). The investigators propose to find out the dependence of the therapeutic effect on the frequency of stimulation, the frequency of procedures and the duration of the treatment course.
